Express delivery is available on some items within the continental US (all states except Alaska and Hawaii). When this delivery option is available for any given item, there will be an option during the check out process. 

Express items are immediately sent to production so, under typical circumstances, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days (within the US).

Orders that have an invalid phone number will be placed “On hold” until a valid phone number is added in the system – we’ll notify you about such orders by email. It should be pointed out that for these orders, the countdown starts from the moment when the order status has changed to “In production."

Made-to-Order Products:

All products offered by Divine Merch Designs LLC are created on a made-to-order basis. This means that each item is produced specifically for you after you place an order. 

No Returns Accepted on MOST orders:

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept MOST returns. We do not hold inventory, and each product is created according to your design selection and purchase. This means that no product is made in advance. As a result, we cannot resell returned merchandise. 

Please look at our size chart to determine the best size for you. Most wearables are unisex items, and you may want to size down for a more fitted look or up for a more loose look.

Quality Assurance:

We are committed to partnering with suppliers that take pride in providing you with high-quality merchandise. If, on a very rare occasion, your item(s) arrives defective, please contact our customer support team at sales@divinemerchdesignsllc.store within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide extremely clear photos of the defect, along with your order details. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive an item that is not as described or differs from your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct product.
